IBERDROLA CLIENTI ITALIA strives to provide a reasoned, written response to every complaint in accordance with the service levels defined by the Italian Regulatory Authority for Electricity, Gas and Water in its resolution ARG/com 413/16, viz. the Uniform Code Governing the Quality of Sales Services (TIQV), and subsequent amendments thereto. The complaint will be handled by specialised personnel who will, where necessary, request technical data from the corresponding distribution company in the region to be able to send you a comprehensive response.
